1.3. We rely on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. We do not guarantee specific tax outcomes, refund amounts, or financial results.

2. Client Responsibilities

2.1. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information.

2.2. You are responsible for reviewing all tax returns and documents prior to submission.

2.3. Failure to provide requested documentation in a timely manner may delay services.

3. Fees and Payment

3.1. Service fees will be disclosed before work begins.

3.2. A deposit of up to 50% may be required prior to the start of services.

3.3. Remaining balances are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.4. We reserve the right to withhold completed documents until payment is received, where permitted by law.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1. Cancellations must comply with our published cancellation guidelines.

4.2. Due to the professional nature of financial and tax services, no refunds will be issued once services have been completed or work product has been delivered.

5. Express Consent for Text Messaging & Email Communications

5.1. By booking any paid service, free consultation, submitting a form, or scheduling an appointment with Community First Financial Solutions, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily providing express consent to receive communications from our team.

5.2. These communications may include:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders

  • Service-related notifications

  • Tax updates and important account information

  • Marketing emails and promotional messages

  • SMS/text messaging communications

5.3. Your booking or submission of information constitutes an intentional opt-in to receive communications related to services and marketing from Community First Financial Solutions.

11.2. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless otherwise required by law.

12. Modifications to Terms

12.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

12.2. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.

Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
